Thrive Juice Lab® is a locally owned and operated all organic, gluten-free, dairy-free wellness café featuring superfood smoothies, cold-pressed juices, açaí bowls, plant-based desserts, coffee & tea.

Thrive Juice Lab® was founded in October 2014 by Cole Carson, who began the journey with a dream and a deep sense of purpose. Living in an Airstream trailer parked in a South Orange County driveway to make ends meet, Cole and the team worked tirelessly to bring the vision of an organic wellness café to life. Inspired by the loss of family members to health-related illnesses, Cole was determined to create a space where nutritious, organic food and drinks could make a lasting difference in the community.

At Thrive Juice Lab®, nearly everything on the menu is crafted fresh in-house. Our juices are cold-pressed fresh seven days a week using hydraulic cold-press machines and bottled by hand in glass. They are always 100% organic, raw, never pasteurized, and never treated with high-pressure processing (HPP). This hands-on approach makes Thrive Juice Lab® a premier destination for some of the freshest organic raw juice available anywhere in Southern California. The team also takes pride in baking organic, gluten-free granola and making fresh sprouted almond milk, cashew milk, almond butter, coconut whipped cream, house-made plant-based protein, and much more.

The thoughtfully designed menu includes customizable cleanse programs, açaí and pitaya bowls topped with house-made granola and fresh fruit, as well as vegan coconut ice cream bowls. High-pH alkaline water is purified and rebalanced at each location to support hydration and detoxification.
