By accessing or using this website, mobile application, online ordering platform, loyalty program, SMS program, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Services and their content, including text, images, graphics, photographs, videos, page layout, selection and arrangement, and software, are owned by or licensed to Thrive Juice Lab, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Registered Marks.
THRIVE JUICE LAB is a federally registered trademark/service mark of Thrive Juice Lab, LLC (U.S. Reg. No. 8,122,797). Thrive Juice Lab, LLC also owns U.S. Reg. No. 5,952,819 covering its stylized THRIVE design mark for restaurant services. Thrive Juice Lab, LLC further owns California service mark registrations for THRIVE, THRIVE JUICE LAB, and its stylized tree logo design.
Common Law Rights.
Certain product names, menu item names, slogans, and other brand elements used in connection with the Services may constitute unregistered trademarks or service marks of Thrive Juice Lab, LLC protected under common law and applicable unfair competition laws. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any common law rights or goodwill associated with such marks. All goodwill arising from the use of our marks inures exclusively to the benefit of Thrive Juice Lab, LLC.
Third-Party Marks.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, supply shortages, or compliance concerns. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time and may not be combined unless expressly stated. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
5. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer
Our facilities may handle tree nuts, peanuts, seeds, coconut, gluten-containing ingredients, and other allergens. Cross-contact is possible. We do not guarantee the absence of allergens. Customers with food allergies assume full responsibility for their selections.
6. Health & FDA Disclaimer
Statements regarding Thrive Juice Lab products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nutritional values are estimates and may vary.
7. California Proposition 65 Notice

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Juice Lab, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Juice Lab, LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Orange County, California. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Assignment
Thrive Juice Lab may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without written consent.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Force Majeure
Thrive Juice Lab shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
